Not worth the time or headache Office staff is rude. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the handling of our patient accounts and billing. I was told that additional money was owed after I had already paid for a procedure immediately after it was completed. When I tried to contact the office to understand and resolve the balance, my calls and emails were not returned. I also attempted to make payment arrangements so I could catch up on any amount that was legitimately owed, but I was told there was nothing they could do. Eventually, I was informed that the balance had gone to collections. I was later told that the office had attempted to contact us by phone, text, email, and written mail. However, from our experience, we did not receive meaningful communication that allowed us to address or resolve the issue before it reached collections. There were also ongoing problems with our account information. My spouse and I noticed that our information was incorrect from the beginning and brought this to the office’s attention multiple times. Always a great experience as far as the dentist goes my hygienist is awesome, thorough gentle and knowledgeable. The front desk is also very friendly and accommodating not to mention the view.

Great job, I'm a extremely nervous going to the dentist made me feel very safe. Explained all the things she did and made sure I understood what we needed to do to go forward. Can't wait to see the beautiful work we have planned to get back on track keeping myself healthy.

As a new patient I was pleased with all interactions from the front desk , dental hygienist, to the dentist. Everyone took their time to answer all my questions. The Mechanicsburg office is easily accessible and very well maintained. I really felt like I was receiving a higher level of care than what I previously had. I will not hesitate to recommend this practice to any friends or family who are looking.

Some pretty unpleasant experiences left me skeptical to ever step foot in a dental office again but I knew those were fears I had to push through. My team at Verber was absolutely amazing. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming, great first impression. I was blessed with a great team in the back, Gracie and Dr. Hanner. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Gracie's kind heart, professionalism, and simply being the human that she is; incredibly attentive and there is no doubt, she was placed where she stood as part of a bigger plan. Dr. Hanner was fantastic. Her knowledge, patience, and kindness are security I've never experienced in a dentist before. My entire experience felt like it was tailored to calm my fears and help me move forward with confidence. 💚
